Forget the gym and hit the waves instead. Sup is a paddle training method that combines surfing, paddling and balancing. Paddle boarding develops all the muscles and strengthens the internal core muscles, enhances stability and balance all while you can admire the spectacular view of Tel Avivs shoreline. You can choose to paddle on calm days when the sea is flat or take the more challenging option of catching waves with the paddle board.
At Galim Surf School you can choose between SUP lessons or courses. Take a few hour paddle trip with an instructor to the old city of Yaffo or along the beaches of Tel Aviv. You can pick a day with rougher seas to get a true workout for the whole body. Paddleboarding is also suitable for children, it’s a nice way to enjoy the sea and the sun while practicing your balance and core muscles.
